Our Team
Mukesh Bhatt
Mukesh is a firm believer that recruitment is an art. He is a person who has spent half of his life in recruiting the right people for the right place. He has done his Masters in Psychology and Human Resources and spent more than twenty years in various multi-National organizations, Nextag, Sabercorp, Fidelity, to name a few.
He started Infomind India in 2015 with an idea of providing recruitment and HR Services at an affordable cost through experienced professionals. Infomind India has helped several start-ups in setting up their HR functions, Policy, and Procedures.
He is a passionate life coach and motivational speaker. He has a keen interest in Travelling, Photography, and likes to discuss social and political issues.
Rajesh Kumar
Rajesh is the person who knows every skill set in the telecom domain. He has more than twenty years of recruitment experience in the area of telecom, services manufacturing, and the IT industry.
He did recruitment for almost every big telecom company in India. Graduation from Delhi University he has a keen interest in Music, Politics, and Social issue.
Rattika
Rattika as Senior HR Business Partner, currently provides full life-cycle recruiting, developing sourcing strategies, screening candidates, and working closely with a diverse range of clients to achieve their recruiting and talent goals. She has successfully placed mid-level to executive positions across a variety of industries and geographies utilizing techniques including proactive and reactive candidate searches. She is actively involved in setting recruiting strategies for the team. Before joining the firm, she worked for Google India and held managerial positions (Marketing and Business Development) in the e-commerce industry.
Vivek Chaturvedi
Vivek is a trainer, educationist, sales & marketing veteran with more than 17 years of rich experience, spread across various sectors and geographies. After holding responsible management positions in giants Indian corporate, Airtel, Wipro, Tata, he has now ventured into the training and development field. Vivek is an alumnus of Venkateswara College, University of Delhi, Indian Institute of Planning & Management, New Delhi, Indian Society of Training & Development (ISTD), New Delhi, Mahatma Gandhi University, Meghalaya. Before venturing into the training filed, Vivek has had rich experience in the field of education management, sales & marketing, operations, team management, product training, revenue enhancement, customer relations, etc.
Vivek has taken training sessions on Employability Enhancement Tools, Soft Skills, Professional Selling Skills, apart from telecom product training. Vivek is an avid learner and believes in continual improvement. His firm belief in the betterment of humans as individuals and effective contributor to the society one is living in drives him to keep improving his knowledge and improvising his acquired expertise.
Neha Pathania
Neha is a Human Resource Professional has more than twelve years of experience mostly in Recruitment, Client Handling, and Employee Engagement. She did her MBA from Punjab Technical University in Human Resouces Management. She have strong experience in IT and retail recruitments. She has a lot of intrest to play online game & travelling
